Something I love....

Something I love today is not material, beautiful nor tangible. Today I love my class. They are gorgeous little human beings who have bloomed, evolved - blossomed in front of my very eyes. I love being on a class and having a set of students who are 'mine'. I love that they are happy to see me every day, I love that they are behaved in my class and not in others LOL. I love that they want me to watch them play basketball on the weekends and talk to their parents about whether I'll go and get excited when they realise I have! I love it that these kids are Grade 7's!!! They are young adults who appreciate what I do and that I love them for who they are and that I'm there to help them.

Something I love is....

Clocks.
I am still yet to decide on the perfect clock in our house, or whether in actual fact we need one?
I don't wear a watch when I am at home, only at work.
We found this one recently and quite liked it. Rather large though.
Have been eyeing off this one for quite a while, but in all white for the office - but have not made the purchase as yet!
We do love to read.... IMOTIME
Has some fun and quirky clocks.
I also love this little red door from their store. Perhaps the more luxurious model of flip clock - it has everything. I am particularly hopeless as knowing the date, maybe this is the answer?

Something I love is....

Furniture.
Today I love furniture. Actually, truth be told? I love it everyday.
I do, however, have a particularly deep infatuation with furniture today. Mainly because I have a wee cold and am on the couch under the doonie on my laptop whiling away the hours on a lovely saturday.
Husband is making a tummy-friendly carbonara (using Liddel's lactose free cream) and I am googling to my hearts content.
The first love today is? Beds.
I own the modern, simple and beautiful Altere from Freedom - but I am muchly inspired by some of the crazy, weird, fantastic, innovative designs that are out there!
The Lomme
The energy pod
The convertible sofa
The desk bed
Wall beds - a thing of the past?
Wall bunk
And the single
(all wall beds are available from http://www.thecomfortshop.com.au/index.php).
The Bedcase
Ceiling retractable bed
Feel
And one for the Pooch

Something I love is....

Etsy.
How I heart Etsy.
So much talent, so much fun, so much inspiration, so much creativity, so much love in what website.
Today I have found something that reminds me of the lovely owner of the blog, All Things Lovely
It was she that has made me obsessed with all things birdy!
Today my heart skipped a beat when on Etsy I found this beautiful little item!
You can find it in Tudor Designs Shop along with an array of wonderful peices!
Another mention from Etsy? A particularly modern and innovative design piece; a dogs bed!
You can find the seller of this creative canine piece at Madshome
Another Birdy love from Etsy today, a wall decall from singlestonestudio

Something I love is....

A new blog.
Somewhere to share my thoughts, my ideas, my inspiration and most importantly?
The things I love!
Today I will start officially with: Netbooks. The smaller, more compact notebook/laptop.
I have been eyeing off the Acer Aspire One for a few weeks now and have started looking around for reviews on this adorable piece of technology. Along the way I have found a few other brands have also jumped on the mini bandwagon.
What ever do I chose it will be white.
Why you say? Because our office is done in crisp white and dashes of red and I, being pedantic and somewhat obsessive want it all to match!
That said - I've just found a gorgeous bright red one from Dell
Stay tuned - hopefully my decision will be soon!
So many reviews, information, specs to read - and so much I don't understand!
